✨Three Steps Essentials for Safe & Effective IPL Skin Rejuvenation ✨

1️⃣ Skin Analysis & Protection
Before even turning on the IPL device, the most important step is a thorough skin analysis. I look at skin type, undertone, and even family background (parents, grandparents) to understand the true underlying pigmentation, not just what I see on the surface. This ensures safe parameter selection and reduces risks of burns or hyperpigmentation.

2️⃣ Go Slow & Precise
When starting, I never rush. For the first session, parameters should be conservative — not too strong. I cover every inch of the treated area methodically, without overlapping excessively. I always begin with a test spot, then wait 5–10 minutes to observe how the skin reacts before proceeding. I take my time, I work slowly, with precision, adjusting parameters only if the skin shows it can tolerate them.

3️⃣ Post-Treatment Soothing
After the IPL session, I immediately apply a soothing and hydrating mask for 5–10 minutes. This calms the skin, locks in moisture, and reassures the client that their skin is protected. This step also minimizes post-treatment stress and ensures a smoother recovery over the next 1–2 weeks.

✨ Today we welcomed a 20-year-old patient who came with his mom for underarm laser hair removal. For him, this treatment is a real gift for the future, helping him gain more independence in his daily hygiene.
